Sustainable Change

Sustainable change refers to making changes that will be maintained long term.  ‘Fad Diets’ and ‘Quick Fixes’ are not examples of sustainable change.  For many, this means making healthy changes a little at a time.  This could mean not automatically deciding you must run long distances each and every day or eat a strictly vegetarian and organic diet right off the bat.  Take an inventory and determine where you have succeeded or fallen short in the past.
